Make Your Date sheet NOW! For Spring 2026 Mid-Term Examinations

The web interface for making date sheet for Spring 2026 Mid-Term Examination has been launched on the following link:

You are advised to make your date-sheet by Saturday, May 23, 2026. Seats are available on a ‘First come First served‘ basis only.

All mentioned timings in date-sheet are as per PST (Pakistan Standard Time) for Local and Overseas students.

Schedule of Late Signup Fee: 

  • No fee will be charged up to Thursday, May 21, 2026.
  • Late fee @ Rs.500 /- (Local Student)/$ 20 (Overseas Student) will be charged from Friday, May 22, 2026, to Friday May 22, 2026.
  • Double Late fee @ Rs.1000 /- (Local Student)/$ 25 (Overseas Student) will be charged from Saturday, May 23, 2026, to Saturday, May 23, 2026.

Instructions to Make a Datesheet:

  1. Log in https://datesheet.vu.edu.pk/ with your VULMS ID and Password
  2. Choose your Exam City in which you want to appear for the Exam (optional).
    (Overseas students shall select ‘OVERSEAS‘)
  3. Choose your Exam Center from the given centers
    (Once selected, you can’t change your Exam Center)
  4. Select from available Exam Date and Time Slots of your own choice for each of your courses, then click the “Confirm” button to confirm your selection.
    (Overseas students shall convert time from their current location to Pakistan Standard Time when selecting time slots.)
  5. Repeat the Step-4 for all your remaining courses one by one.
  6. Take a print of Entrance Slip and appear in center as per instructions.
  7. Students must read the handbook guidelines for appearing in Examination Center and for Overseas Students Examinations Outside Pakistan

Important Note:

  1. During Exams, Overseas students traveling to Pakistan or vice versa must change their study status as per rules published on the following link

    and thereafter shall schedule their remaining papers with prescribed fee.
