Admission Procedure

Welcome to VU Khanpur Admissions

Admissions at Virtual University of Pakistan are held twice a year (Spring and Fall sessions). Following the correct procedure ensures a smooth enrollment process. Please follow the step-by-step guide below.
Check Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, ensure you meet the minimum academic requirements set by HEC and Virtual University for your desired degree program.

  • BS Programs (4 Years): Minimum 45% marks in Intermediate (12 years of education) or equivalent.
  • Master/MS Programs: Minimum CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0 or 45% marks in 16 years of education.
  • Zero Semester: Available for candidates with less than 45% marks to qualify for degree programs.
Online Application Submission

All applications must be submitted exclusively through the official Virtual University Admission Portal. Physical forms are not accepted.

  • Create an account using your active email address or CNIC.
  • Fill out the personal and academic details carefully.
  • Select "Khanpur Campus (PKHP01)" as your preferred study center.
Document Upload & Verification

Upload clear, scanned copies of your original documents. Missing or blurry documents will delay your admission process.

  • Passport size photograph with blue/white background.
  • Scanned copy of CNIC or B-Form.
  • Matriculation Certificate / Marksheet.
  • Intermediate / Bachelor's degrees and marksheets.

Note: Original documents must be presented at the campus for physical verification before the final issuance of your VU Student ID.

Fee Voucher Generation & Payment

Once your application is submitted and initially approved, a fee voucher will be generated in your portal.

  • Download the Admission/Prospectus Fee Voucher.
  • Pay the dues at designated bank branches (HBL, UBL, Nadra e-Sahulat, EasyPaisa, JazzCash).
  • Upload the paid fee voucher receipt back into the admission portal.
Admission Confirmation

After fee verification and document clearance, your admission will be finalized.

  • You will receive an official confirmation email.
  • Your Student ID (e.g., BC240XXXXXX) and VU Email password will be issued.
  • You can then log in to the VULMS (Learning Management System) to select courses and begin orientation.
