Introduction
Diploma in Human Resource Management has been designed with a core purpose of developing HR skills in practitioners to equip them with required competence in the field of Human Resource Management. The program is equally helpful for all business graduates, non-business graduates, doctors, engineers and other specialists serving in HR departments or those intend to pursue their higher studies in the field of HRM but have no previous knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/ institute in any discipline with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4.
However, Candidates having 33% ~44% marks will be eligible for admission after the successful completion of “ZERO Semester”.
Award of Degree
To be eligible for the award of Diploma in Human Resource Management, students are required to complete course work program (minimum two semesters) of at least 31 credit hours course work with minimum CGPA 2.00 out of 4.
